We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted for our products and services.

2. Quality Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind every product we produce. All of our printed materials undergo rigorous quality control checks before shipping. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards due to printing errors, defects in materials, or damage during production, we will gladly reprint your order or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

3.1 Printing Errors

If we made an error in printing your order, such as incorrect colors, wrong dimensions, missing pages, or other production mistakes that do not match your approved specifications, you are eligible for a full refund or reprint. You must notify us of the error within 7 days of receiving your order.

3.2 Defective Products

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or with quality issues due to our production process are eligible for return. This includes issues such as poor print quality, incorrect paper stock, improper finishing, or physical damage that occurred during production. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3.3 Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order due to our shipping error, we will correct the mistake at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our printing services, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-printed products that were produced according to your approved specifications and contain no errors
  • Products with customer-supplied design errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design flaws that were present in the files you provided and approved
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Orders that were approved by you through our proofing process and printed correctly according to those approved specifications
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery without prior authorization
  • Digital products or services that have been delivered electronically

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Return Authorization

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the product. Do not return any items without first obtaining authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Package the product securely in its original packaging if possible. Include your Return Authorization Number and order information. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. For eligible returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Step 4: Resolution

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will contact you to confirm the resolution. Depending on your preference and the nature of the issue, we will either reprint your order or process a refund.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

6.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

6.2 Refund Timeframe

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time.

6.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for products that have minor issues that do not significantly affect their usability. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the extent of the issue and will be discussed with you before processing.

6.4 Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless we provided a prepaid return label.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or want to make changes to your order, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If the return is due to our error, we will expedite the production of your new order at no additional charge.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged packaging and products. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund. If your order is lost in transit, please notify us so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Proof Approval

For many of our products, we provide digital proofs for your approval before printing. By approving a proof, you confirm that all information, including text, images, colors, and layout, is correct. We cannot accept returns for errors that were present in the approved proof. Please review proofs carefully before approval.

10. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all files, designs, and information you provide are accurate and meet your requirements. This includes checking for spelling errors, correct contact information, proper image resolution, and appropriate color specifications. We recommend reviewing all materials carefully before submitting your order and approving any proofs.

11. Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted under certain conditions:

11.1 Before Production

If you wish to cancel your order before it has entered production, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet begun printing, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. A small processing fee may apply for orders that have already been prepared for production.

11.2 During Production

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. Custom printing involves significant setup and material costs that cannot be recovered once production has begun.

11.3 After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you no longer need the product, you may refuse delivery, and once the package is returned to us, we will process a refund minus shipping costs and a restocking fee.

12. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returns that are not due to our error, including cancelled orders that have been prepared for production or products that are returned for reasons other than defects or printing errors.
